JIVAMUKTI YOGA

Founded in 1984 by Sharon Gannon and David Life in New York. This yoga is based on a sequence of asanas entertwined by quite a strong vinyasa practice and supported by the breath.

This methodology stresses as well the importance of the study of the self (Swadhyaya), the practice of non-violence (Ahimsa), devotion (Bhakti), the yoga of sound (nada yoga) and meditation (Dhyana)

Yogeswari

Yogeswari is one of the most senior teachers in the method. She is based in New-York but teaches around the world, in five different languages.

She is known for her vigorous, innovative sequencing and thought-provoking teachings.

Yogeswari will be guiding the yoga practices in the morning (about 12 sessions in total)

price: 1'640 euros

Includes: transport in India in private vehicle during the whole trip (there will be only one trip from the airport at arrival and to the airport at the departure, so according to the time of arrival and departure of your flight you may have to pay these two cabs if the schedule doesn't concord with the majority of participants), accommodation in double rooms (in Coorg, some rooms have three or four beds, yet the rooms are very spacious), breakfast, vegetarian lunch and no-alcoholic drinks, Yoga course, guides in Mamallapuram and Auroville and if needed interpretation English-Spanish-French (however we strongly suggest a base of English language)
